The Coca Cola Bottling Company, on Sunday, brought sheer ecstasy to numerous consumers, music enthusiasts and beach revelers at the La Pleasure Beach in Accra at this year’s edition of the annual “Coca Cola New Year Fireworks Partyâ€Â.
The second to be organised, the party was a New Year package for Coca Cola fans to ‘chill out’ with exciting performances from the cream of Ghana’s musicians while enjoying the Brrrrrr side of Coca Cola.
The beach was also bedecked with Coca Cola’s red and white colours as the dress code. But those in different colours were not left out of the partying.
Out-of-the-ordinary performances from the ringtone man, Tinny, who topped the performance list last year and the main performer at the show, sent the crowd into frenzy as they yelled for more.
The rap doctor Okyeame Kwame was also in his elements while on stage together with Bradez. They were just impressive! The fastest rapper, Sakordie, also thrilled to the extreme.
There were other great acts from Kwaku Gyasi, who opened the floor, followed by the only female artiste on the bill, Ohemaa Mercy, who brought a Godly feeling to the beach.
There were also activities like rap and dance competitions as well as who could do the longest ‘Brrrr’, which spiced up the show.
However the main attraction of the event which was the spectacular fireworks did not happen. But that did not mar the beauty of the party in anyway.
