Robin Thicke’s Dad, Alan, Is Getting His Own Reality Show & The Name Of It Is SURE To Make You Cringe!

Is this gonna be Growing Pains part two?! LOLz!!

Alan Thicke, aka Jason Seaver, is coming back to your TV!

TVGN has ordered a 14-episode reality show from Robin Thicke‘s dad for the station and the name is, if we’re being honest, kind of gross.

Are you ready?

Unusually Thicke.

The show is reportedly going to follow Alan’s family and the challenges they encounter. He also admitted that it’s a “reality-ish” show.

Soooooooo, that means it will be scripted?

He explained:

Unusually Thicke combines my two favorite things: family… and laughing at my family. This series is my foray into the ‘reality-ish’ television world where viewers will meet the lovable, unpredictable, and often challenging people who live with the real Jason Seaver. We take our relatable real-life stories and blow them up to amuse and amaze, tossing in a handful of celebrity friends along the way.”

Some of those celebrity friends? (excluding Robin, obviously.)

That would be Bill Maher, John Stamos, Bob Saget, David Hasselhoff, and many, many more!

Sounds like it might be, at least, mildly entertaining!

Honestly though, who named this show? Which person thought it was a good idea!

It’s absolutely cringe-worthy!

Regardless, we’re sure people will tune in to watch!

They definitely will if they show the drama between Robin & his wife Paula Patton!

We’ll just have to wait and see!
