A New York woman is mad, REALLY mad.
Actually, Jessica Pollard is so angry that she is suing ticket retailer AEG for her right to dance along to live performances of Justin Bieber and Bon Jovi.
She is blaming the ticketing giant for forcing her to pay an unnecessarily huge amount of money for a 2010 Bon Jovi show and a 2013 JB show.
Jessica’s argument is that AEG intentionally withheld more than 5 percent of tickets for the concerts in order to sell them to brokers to charge more than retail.
The music-loving lady points to the New Jersey’s Consumer Fraud Act, which states that it is totally illegal for promoters to hold onto more than 5 percent of tickets.
Very, very inneresting!
Seeing as most Beliebers aren’t even legal adults, maybe this lawsuit will allow them to pay for his shows with their allowance??! LOLz!
If music is the universal language, then we think everyone – even the cash-strapped – should have the opportunity to see their fave artists on stage!
Let’s see what the judge and jury have to say about this!
