Wanlov Compares Black Stars Defeat To current energy Crisis in Ghana

Controversial Rapper Wanlov the Kubolor has compared Ghana’s devastating loss against the United State of America (USA) in the ongoing 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil to the current energy and water crisis in Ghana.

Wanlov and his lyrical twin, M3nsa, were recently in the news for mockery of the infamous ‘dumsor dumsor’ being carried out by the Electricity Company of Ghana in their ‘Cos Moni’ sequel.

After the match on Monday, Wanlov tweeted, “why is this match stressing me out more than dumsor, lack of water, corruption & pollution in Ghana?”

We set the record for claiming the 5th fastest world cup goal, the barefooted musician stated.

Ghana lost 2-1 against the USA, conceding the fastest goal in the tournament so far. The Black Stars will play Germany on June 21.

Though football fans were heartbroken about the loss, the whole country is holding on to the hope that Ghana will defeat Portugal and Germany to enable them to advance to the next stage in the tournament.
