Transfer News: Borussia M’gladbach snatch Ghanaian youth defender Nkansah from rivals Hoffenheim


Borussia Mönchengladbach have secured the signing of highly-rated German-born Ghanaian youth defender Steffan Nkansah from Bundesliga rivals TSG Hoffenheim, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively confirm. 

Mönchengladbach sealed the signature of the talented center-back last Wednesday and he will switch to the Borussia-Park at the end of the season.

Hoffenheim were fighting to keep the defensive prodigy but he opted to join the rivals as his current contract runs out at the end of the season.

Mönchengladbach will unwrapped the defender who has rose through the youth ranks in the German national team after playing for the German U16, U18 and now with the U18 team.

The young defender has a Ghanaian father and a German mother.
