The Refurbishes Airtel Kaneshie Branch
Airtel, one of the leading telecommunication companies in the country, has inaugurated its refurbished sales centre at Kaneshie in Accra.
In line with this, the company intends to set new standards in the delivery of services to customers in the telecoms industry in Ghana.
Managing Director of Airtel, Lucy Quist, who launched the refurbished branch on Tuesday, noted that the decision to refurbish the shop was informed by Airtel’s desire to urgently respond to the needs of its customers.
She disclosed that all the voice, data, business and premier categories, as well as its mobile money at the Kaneshie branch, had been upgraded.
She used the occasion to urge mobile consumers in the country to join the Airtel network ‘which has the widest 3.75G coverage in the country.’
Director of Customer Experience, Yacoba Amuah, on her part, acknowledged the importance of customers to the success of a business entity.
‘No business can survive without its customers,’ she stated.
She disclosed that her outfit had also established a service clinic.
