Teng fled to Tongo in the Talensi District and reported himself to the police and was handed over to the Bawku police.
Briefing the Ghana News Agency in Bawku the Bawku Divisional Crime Officer, Superintendent of Police Adamu Seidu said Comfort Tikana, 24, wife of Teng, and Baali are both students in the College and were in a relationship that came to the attention of Teng.
He said Teng alleged that the victim called him on phone and rained insults on him to the extent that he told him the number of times he had sex with his wife, the clothes he bought for her and the hotels he had been taking the woman to.
