President Mahama nominates Helen Ntoso as Volta Regional Minister

Accra, Feb. 18, GNA – President John Dramani Mahama, has proposed one Madam Helen Adjoa Ntoso for consideration by Parliament as Volta Regional Minister.
This was contained in a statement signed by Dr Raymond Atuguba, Executive Secretary to the President in Accra on Monday and copied to the Ghana News Agency.
The statement said Madam Ntoso appointment was in accordance with Article 256 (1) of the 1992 Constitution.
