The General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God Church, Ghana, Rev. Dr Paul Frimpong Manso, has said that some men of God in the country are more corrupt than politicians.
Dr Frimpong-Manso said it is sad that men of God who arguably are considered to be holy, lower Christian standards and are themselves corrupt.
Speaking at the ordination of reverends and license pastors at Koforidua Assemblies of God Church in the Eastern Region, the visibly worried General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God Church continued that many men of God today are obsessed with wealth at the expense of preaching salvation, which was the benchmark of Christ.
He therefore appealed to the newly ordained men of God to live their lives as Christ, who called them, and be humble.
