Daniel Opare trained separately from the main team Sunday night as Ghana prepared for their final warm-up match before the start of the World Cup.
The Black Stars bench took a precautionary measure not to involve the defender who suffered a slight muscle problem in the full training.
“So far, we’ve had no problems. We have just one muscle problem,” Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah said as he confirmed Opare’s slight worry.
Opare did different exercises with the physios as the rest of the team trained ahead of Monday’s game against South Korea at the Sun Life Stadium in Miami at 7pm local time [23:00GMT].
