A former Minister of Sports, Bolaji Abdullahi on Saturday said he was not surprised over his sack by President Goodluck Jonathan.
Jonathan had sacked Abdullahi penultimate Tuesday after his visit and that of other leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party to Ilorin.
But Abdullahi during his reception on Saturday, in Ilorin, said he was not surprised over his sack.
He stated that as a public official, he expected that he could be relieved of his duties one day.
He lauded a former Governor of Kwara State, Dr. Bukola Saraki who currently is Chairman, Senate Committee on Ecology and Environment, the current Kwara State Governor, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed and the
state House of Assembly Speaker, Razak Atunwa as well as the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari for their perceived great contributions to the development of the state.
