Job Title: Capacity Management Manager

Qualifications/Description

  • A graduate with 7-8 yrs of experience preferably in Telecom industry.
  • Educational Qualifications: First degree from a recognized University.
  • IT Certifications (JAVA, CISCO etc).
  • Responsible for ensuring that services and infrastructure are able to deliver the agreed capacity and performance targets in a cost effective and timely manner.
  • Plan for short, medium and long term business requirements and to translate business needs and plans into capacity and performance requirements.
  • Ensure that future capacity and performance needs can be fulfilled.

General Requirements for the position:

  • Experience in a Telecom Engineering Company, Telecoms Vendor or ICT is preferred and is of top-priority.
  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering or relevant Degree as applicable.

Job Title: Service Management Manager

Qualifications/Description

  • A graduate with 8-10 yrs of experience preferably in Telecom industry.
  • Educational Qualifications: First degree from a recognized University. IT Certifications (JAVA, CISCO)etc
  • Oversees all service support and service delivery actions and continuously seek innovative ways of improving IT support services, Translates the Business Plan and IT Strategy into specific deliverables with respect to Information Technology Governance.
  • Establishes the governance frameworks and strict compliance within the IT organization, for IT Service Management, IT Quality Assurance and Service Performance Management.
  • Manages Business Continuity through enforced standards of document management for Requirements, Analysis, Design, Implementation and Operations documents, within IT Services.
  • Define and enforce Service Management Policies and Procedures. Oversee development of ITSM-based management processes and controls.
  • Ensure alignment of ITSM solutions to EMTS and EMTS business needs.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of the service catalogue – description of existing services offered by EMTS IT.

Qualifications/Description

  • Educational Qualifications: First degree from a recognized University. IT Certifications (JAVA, CISCO etc)
  • Ensure that improvement opportunities are identified throughout the entire service lifecycle.
  • Continually align and re-align IT services to the changing business needs by identifying and implementing improvements to IT services that support business processes.
  • Review, analyze and make recommendations on improvement opportunities in each lifecycle phase.
  • Identify and implement individual activities to improve IT service quality and improve, Formulate, agree and maintain an appropriate SLM structure for the Service Delivery.

Job Title: Change and Release Management Specialist

Qualifications/Description

  • A graduate with 4-5 yrs of experience preferably in Telecom industry.
  • Educational Qualifications: First degree from a recognized University. IT Certifications (JAVA, CISCO etc)
  • Scheduling, coordinating and the management of new releases and changes including releases of application updates, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware upgrades, Projects and Programs.
  • Responsible for implementing and managing change and release processes for the progression of code in the development, test, and production environments.
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure application changes are delivered on time and within budget. and that they meet or exceed expectations.
  • Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates.

Job Title: SLA Management Specialist

Qualifications/Description

  • A graduate with 4-5 yrs of experience preferably in Telecom industry.
  • Educational Qualifications: First degree from a recognized University. IT Certifications (JAVA, CISCO etc).
  • Negotiating Service Level Requirement and Service Level Agreements with Customers and ensuring Service Level Targets / Service Level Objectives within the SLA is met.
  • Ensuring that all templates for the Service Level Management process are up to date.
  • Ensuring all backend agreements for SLA’s are established, including Operational Level Agreements, Underpinning Contracts and also agreements for the IT Service Management processes.
  • Measuring and Service Level Reporting for IT Services, Creating Service Level Reports for IT Services.
  • Establishing and setting requirements for tools to underpin the process, such as SLA and Service Catalogue / Service Portfolio tools.

  • Educational Qualifications: First degree from a recognized University. IT Certifications (HP Certified Professional).
  • Previous experience with HP monitoring tools (OM, NNM, SE).
  • Previous experience with HP ITSM tools (HP SM).
  • Experience with HP BSM, BPM, uCMDB, DDMi, OMi and NA will be an advantage.

  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills.

  • Should have a strong ability in managing customer and supplier relationship.
  • Manage new requirement from both Internal stakeholders and external customer/suppliers.

  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate must be able to able to work with cross cultural teams.
  • Have experienced knowledge on setting up of the Quality standards, Objective, responsibilities, schedule adherence, review.
  • Have good knowledge on statistical QA tools like Regression test, sampling etc..

  • Act as the focal point for all customer and partner communications.
  • Managing and Improving customer relationship,delivering reliable customer service and administrative support.
  • Vendor/3rd party supplier management (including Legal and procurement).

  • Contract management for Vendor/3rd party suppliers.
