The Human Rights Court has adjourned to Friday, the case between the owner of the collapsed Melcom building and the Accra Metropolitan Assembly.
The property owner, Nana Boadu Nkansah Ayeboafo has been in the custody of the Bureau of National Investigations since he turned himself in to assist in investigations following the disaster which killed at least 14 people and injured scores of others who got trapped under the rubble.
