Ghana winger Andre Ayew scored again for Olympique Marseille who rallied to down Borussia Dortmund 3-2 away on Tuesday night to qualify to the last 16 stage of the Uefa Champions League.
The 21-year-old steered home a Morgan Amalfitano corner kick in the 85th minute to level the scoring for Marseille at 2-2.
Jakub Blaszczykowski and Mats Hummels had put the host 2-0 up before French striker Loic Remy pulled a goal back for Didier Deschamps men moments before the break.
Marseille struggled to keep pace with Dortmund’s pacey play after the break but the Stade Velodrome side staged a dramatic fight in the last five minutes to beat their host.
Jordan Ayew, who was introduced to replace Loic Remy added bite to the attack upping the pressure on the Dortmund defence.
Five minutes from time, Marseille won a corner at the right.
Amalfitano delivered a tailored cross for Andre Ayew to head past the Dortmund keeper for the leveller.
Matthew Valbuena secured qualification for Marseille with a powerful right-footed drive two minutes later.
