Saba declared that PDP is the political party to beat and that they are confident that the party will be victorious since PDP administration in the state has always ensured the spread of dividends of democracy to all parts of the state.
The Independent Electoral Commission, INEC, had on Sunday declared the by-election inconclusive due to irregularities recorded in some polling units.
