Mahama Ayariga and others to face appointments committee

First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Ebo Barton Oduro announced that the Appointments Committee, which he chairs, will vet four ministerial nominees on Friday, January 25.

These are Clement Kofi Humado, Minister-designate of Food and Agriculture, Alhaji A.B. Inusah Fuseini, Minister-designate of Lands and Natural Resources, Alhaji Amin Amidu Sulemani, Minister-designate of Roads and Highways and Mahama Ayariga, Minister-designate of Information.

Mr. Oduro made this known at the beginning of a two day public hearing for the first batch of ministerial nominees on Thursday.

Seth Terkpeh, Minister-designate of Finance and Economic Planning, Hannah Serwah Tetteh, Minister-designate of Foreign Affairs and Collins Dauda, Minister-designate of Water Resources, Works and Housing appeared before the committee on Thursday.
