Grammy Award-winning international gospel artiste, Kirk Dwayne Franklin has promised to give Ghanaians two decades of unadulterated music experience on one night.

The Imagine Me hit singer is set to headline the 2013 edition of the award-winning Adom Praiz concert, powered by Adom FM, at the Perez Dome, formerly Word Miracle Chapel, Dzorwulu junction in Accra, on August 3.

Speaking to Jerry Justice on Ofie Kwanso on Adom FM, an elated Kirk Franklin said he cannot wait to be in Ghana for the all-important concert, adding, “I am ready for Adom Praise Concert”.

“I can’t wait to come. I am coming. My whole crew is coming. We have our bags packed and we are proud to return to the motherland. We will kiss the ground when we get off the plane and celebrate Christ with the people of Ghana and do all the songs from all the albums,” he said.

He is assuring Ghanaians he is definitely going to do more songs than he did the first time he came to Ghana, and he also hinted that once he touches down at the Kotoka International Airport, he is going to start learning as many dances as possible, including the viral Azonto dance, and do them on stage.

Kirk Franklin also granted another interview on Joy FM’s Drive Time with Bola Ray, where he noted that, his love and passion for what he does is unparalleled and that is one of the driving forces behind what he does, apart from getting inspiration from God.
“You hear me talking about loving God and doing songs that celebrate his grace and mercy; it is something that is very natural for me and something I get excited in doing. I can’t wait to come back and do it again for the beautiful people of Ghana,” he stressed.
