Ghanaian Striker Kwame Nsor Fires Metz To Top Of The League In France

Ghanaian striker Kwame Nsor fired his French club Metz to the top of the French second tier on Friday night when he scored the winner in their match against Chateauroux.
The ex-Tudu Mighty Jets player continued his impressive form in France with the only goal in their 1-0 win over the visitors.
The lanky attacker, who played for Ghana’s U17 side, headed in the goal in the 59th minute to secure a 1-0 victory for the home side.
Nsor rose highest to powerfully head in Kevin Lejeune’s corner kick to keep alive Metz’s hopes of returning to the French top-flight.
The goal was his second of the season in four appearances for the club so far this season.
The result takes Metz to equal on 18 points with second-placed Angers who will play Créteil on Saturday afternoon.
