Ghanaian International Evangelist urges Black Stars on in crucial match

Dr Lawrence Tetteh, an International Evangelist on Friday asked the national team-the Black Stars to keep the country’s flag high by doing the expected thing to beat Cape Verde in the Africa Cup of Nations quarter-final.

“Black Stars please do the expected thing by scoring Cape Verde, do not draw or lose to the Blue Sharks, beat them.

“Soccer has become a big national unifier and so I expect the Black Stars to continue to foster national integration by winning the game,” he told Ghana News Agency in Accra.

He said a win for the Black Stars is victory for Ghanaians and asked all and sundry to rally behind the national team.

“Let soccer bury the political cards and as a nation let us celebrate our national team together,” he stressed.
