Cape Verde Danger Man Platini Dropped For Ghana Clash

Cape Verde coach Lucio Antunes has excluded striker Platini from his starting line-up to face Ghana in the Nations Cup quarter-final on Saturday.
Platini, who plays for Portuguese side Santa Clara, scored against Morocco in their opening 1-1 draw in Group A.
In his place, Antunes has opted for Heldon who scored the late winner against Angola which landed them a historic quarter-final slot.
Cape Verde are hoping their fairytale run at the tournament will continue against the four-time African champions.
