Optimistic Nana Baffuor Kotei Kutin Sraman predicted a victory for President Mahama in the next elections during an interview with OKAY FM’s morning show, Ade Akye Ebia.

According to him, the completion of a road project in his town by the incumbent government has helped to upgrade the place. Adding that, he thanks the President for his timely intervention.

Baffuor Kutin Sraman stated that the chiefs and people of Breman were indeed delighted over the completion of the road project, saying “the people of Breman shall never forget about what President Mahama has done for them”.

He assured the President of his township votes to help him retain power in 2016 and continue with his good works.

However, the traditional leader’s assertion has generated many cacophonies in the media.

Some have questioned his thoughts since chiefs are exempted from active politics according the chieftaincy regulations.

But speaking on Asempa FM, Nana Baffuor Kotei Kutin Sraman said that, he sees no fault to thank the President for his support to his township.

“There is no wrong in doing that. We are just thanking the President for what he has done for us…you must appreciate it if someone helps for the person to do more. I wasn’t campaigning for the President…It’s not a campaign season and I am not a temporarily Campaign Manager as they claim.

“…The journalist should be cautious and report the facts. They [journalists] should not think for me. They should not distort the reality…that is not fair,” he lamented.
