Bernard Amankwah, one of Ghana’s most sensational gospel music icons, is gearing up for an upcoming event dubbed: ‘The Celebration of His Grace’ at the National Theatre in Accra on September 14, 2014.

The ‘Celebration of His Grace’ concert has been designed to serve as a gospel musical platform for local gospel artistes to display elements of distinct modern harmonies and singing styles and to reach out to God’s children.

Bernard Amankwah, who is credited with several hit songs,  is indeed sure to get the Ghanaian audience who would attend the event to sing along to some of his popular songs such as ‘Presence’‘Presence II’‘Almighty’‘The Glory Has Come’‘Holy’, ‘Mercy Rescued Me’, among others.

He disclosed that this year’s event would witness historic performances from other artistes such as Cynthia Appiadu of Daughters of Glorious Jesus fame, Alabaster Box, Ekuba Yankey and a host of other top gospel stars.

In an interview with BEATWAVES, Bernard Amankwah said patrons should expect ‘an experience of a lifetime and will never leave the venue the same.

The live musical concert is to bring the musicians billed to perform at the event and loyal fans together in a more conducive atmosphere where fans can easily interact with them.’

The inspirational gospel musician has assured his numerous fans of a well-organised and a memorable event that would forever remain fresh in the minds of Ghanaians.

He disclosed that most people would be healed from their wounds, sickness and will be touched by the Holy Spirit, adding, “I challenge anybody who wants to testify the power of God to be there with his or her problems and I promise the person that he or she will never go home the same for the God of prophecy will reach him.”
