Accra, Ghana, 20 August 2014 – Lamudi, the global online real estate marketplace, has announced yet another milestone, reaching the 5,000 listings mark. The online real estate portal, which achieved 400 listings in less than one month of its existence, has again outdone itself, with this new milestone reached within a period of seven months.
This merely shows how the real estate industry in Ghana is moving from offline to online at a record pace.
Lamudi Ghana, started operations in Ghana in November 2013, and has been going from strength to strength. The online real estate marketplace has not only provided a platform for real estate businesses, but also connected thousands of homeowners to their dream property.
