Albert Adomah Nets Consolation Goal For Middlesbrough In English Championship Defeat
Ghana attacker Albert Adomah scored the first goal for Middlesbrough but the Boro surrendered their lead to lose 2-1 at Ipswich Town in the English Npower Championship on Saturday.
The 25-year-old scored his debut goal in the Middlesbrough shirt as early as the 12th minute connecting a Grant Leadbitter pass to put Middlesbrough ahead.
Adomah arrived late from an international assignment with Ghana in Japan but Middlesbrough boss Tony Mowbray named him in his starting line-up and the decision paid off as he gave them the lead with a neat finish.
However after Adomah had give his side the opening goal, they went to bed and Ipswich capitalised on their frailties to score thrice to win the game.
