John Kweku Asamoah cutting the tape to open the branch
National Investment Bank (NIB) on Wednesday opened its 47th branch on the ground floor of the newly-extended Makola Shopping Mall in Accra.
During the short but impressive opening ceremony, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NIB, John Kweku Asamoah, admonished staff to deliver excellent customer service and exhibit a high sense of professionalism and discipline in the discharge of their duties.
These, he emphasized, were the surest way to be successful in business.
He added that it would take concerted effort and commitment to meet customers’ expectations and remain relevant in the competitive banking industry.
Mr Asamoah also disclosed that 10 new branches would be opened across the country within the year.
He urged customers to patronize the services of the bank and take advantage of its Consumer Finance Scheme, ‘We Pay for Your Dreams.’
The scheme allows customers to buy home electrical appliances and building materials such as roofing sheets and cement and pay over a period of 12 months.
