Global money transfer services provider, MoneyGram International Inc., has launched a promotion to reward its customers in Ghana to mark the celebration of the 60th anniversary of Ghana’s Independence.
The Promotion, which is scheduled to last from February 28 to June, 30, 2017, requires customers to do transactions worth GH¢1000 at any MoneyGram agent.
The customer would then automatically receive a scratch card, which gives customers the opportunity to win prizes. The prizes include branded souvenirs, household appliances and one of six Suzuki Altos.
Speaking at the launch in Accra, MoneyGram’s Regional Marketing Manager for Anglophone West Africa, Kofi Akyea, noted that the company, through the promotion wants to give back to the communities it serves as the team joins in the celebration of Ghana’s 60 years’ anniversary.
By rewarding customers, Mr. Akyea expressed optimism about the company’s future relationship with its clients, saying: “The relationship that exists between the company and its customers will be strengthened.”
The promotion is opened at all branch locations and sub-agents of MoneyGram’s 23 partner banks, namely, ADB, Ecobank, Apex Bank, Zenith Bank, Fidelity Bank, Sahel Bank, and Access Bank.
Also included are FBN Bank, First Atlantic Bank, UniBank, GCB, UT Bank, UBA, HFC Bank, UMB, and Prudential Bank.
The rest include Stanbic Bank, Societe Generale, CAL Bank, GlobAL Access, GT Bank and Capital Bank.
