  1. Di’Ja – Air

At number 10 is the lovely Mavin’s songstress “Di’Ja” with a brand new banger “Air”. Air is more of an Afro-Pop song which starts off with Di’ja artistically using Pidgin English, but slowly transitions into English. In the song she sings about her love for her man who’s her “air”. The song was produced by Baby Fresh and the video was directed by the talented Clarence Peters.

The Effyzzie Music Group artist “Manji Zakka Deyin” officially known by his stage name “Geniuzz” lands the number 9 spot this month with the remix of his hit track “Firewood”. Firewood which was earlier released in 2016 pops up this month with a banging remix and video with none other than Falz The Bahd Guy. Falz gives the track that extra spice with his lyrical flows and style. The video was shot and directed by Paul Gambit.

  1. DJ Neptune – Bumpa ft. Falz & YCee

It’s not a surprise we’ve got Falz again on the countdown, this time he has been featured on DJ Neptune’s hit track “Bumpa” alongside YCee. The song officially kicks off with Falz on the first verse, and again he kills it creatively with punch lines and some comedy in-between the lines.

“BUMPA” is the third official single off DJ Neptune’s upcoming album “G.R.E.A.T.N.E.S.S”. The track was produced by Mastro D and co produced by DJ Neptune. The music video was shot and directed in Lagos, Nigeria by Adasa cookey for Square-ball media.

  1. Harrysong – Samankwe ft. Timaya

Although there has been some recent issues between Harrysong and his previous label (Five star Music), the artist has not allowed the feud affect his music and delivery. At number 7, Harrysong delivers the official visual to his monster hit, titled Samankwe ft Timaya. This is one jam that would get a number of people up and moving once the DJ drops it in the club or at an occasion. The video was directed by Adasa Cookey.

Ok, with a number of controversies in regards to this remix, the original track and Runtown’s “Mad Over You”, illbliss still makes it to our number 6 spot. Regardless of what anyone says, this remix is a banger and the video is twice as nice! illbliss who bagged a number of prestigious awards last year doesn’t seem to be slowing down this year either, and of course, his right hand man ‘Clarence’ shot it!

  1. Maleek Berry – Eko Miami ft. Geko

So fresh and so clean! Those are the words I have to say about the Eko Miami video dropped by Maleek Berry featuring UK artist Geko from his debut EP “Last Daze Of Summer”. This is one of those songs that would put you in the right “Turn Up” vibe once the beat drops. Artistic visual directed by Tshisz Nelson for JM Films.

  1. Falz – Wehdone Sir

Falz who took the Wehdone Sir craze to social media got everyone making funny videos of basically things happening in Nigeria that shouldn’t really be happening and having them say Wehdone Sir with their hands right in the middle of their face. Finally, he drops the official video and there is nothing not to love about this video, the message is educative and eye opening in an entertaining yet funny way. You’ve just got to love Falz for his creativity, effort and never ending talent.

  1. Reekado Banks – Ladies and Gentlemen
