Vodafone unveils ‘Yee Twi Kɔ’ reloaded

Mobile telecommunication network, Vodafone Ghana, has launched the reloaded edition of its flagship promo in Accra, dubbed “Yee Twi Kɔ”.

The “Yee Twi Kɔ” reloaded promo, which seeks to award GH¢ 250,000 to the ultimate winner, is Vodafone’s way of showing appreciation to its loyal customers for their continuous support and patronage.

Speaking at the launch, Director of Marketing at Vodafone Ghana, Mrs. Agnes Emefa Essah,  said, the promo which will  run for the next 90 days would reward more than 750, 000 customers nationwide with exciting cash prizes and airtime daily, weekly and monthly.

“As a progressive telecommunications company, we have a history of celebrating loyal customers in a unique way,” she said .

She added that, “this year’s campaign, “Yee Twi Kɔ”, will reward over 750, 000 as compared to last year’s edition which only rewarded 180, 000 customers’ nationwide within 90 days and it is truly an industry first; especially with the magnitude of people that are to be rewarded.”.

She explained that under the mechanisms  of the promotion, the customer is required to simply ‘Scratch Top-up and Win’ or build points as they recharge, make calls, send SMS, browse the internet or purchase bundles including Vodafone RED and Vodafone X.

“With a current presence in all the regions in this country, our emphasis, therefore, is on the quality of our network experience and how we continue to be relevant with our offerings to meet customer needs. It is a commitment to keep,” she stated.

Mrs. Essah indicated that the ‘scratch and win’ aspect of the promotion is open to both pre-paid and hybrid customers while the point accumulation aspect is only for consumer mobile prepaid customers.

Earlier the Chief Executive Officer at Vodafone Ghana, Yolanda Cuba, said Vodafone Ghana was very delighted to come up with a promo that would transform the lives of customers.

“We are people-centred  and giving our customers new and amazing experiences through innovative rewards are fundamental underpinnings of our business and this continuously reflects our performance,” she said.

Over the years, Vodafone has become the most admired telecom brand in Ghana; having moved from the number four position to number two.

The company has also won more than 35 coveted awards on diverse platforms including the CIMG Telecoms of Year Awards, which it has won on three occasions including 2015.
