Ghanaian football fan honoured in Brasil

Mr. Ibrahim Kailani Kpa, a football fan known for dressing like a fetish priest during football matches and a die-hard fan of the senior national team, the Black Stars, has been honoured in Brasil as the third best sports fan, during the 2014 World Cup in Brasil.

– Mr. Ibrahim Kailani Kpa, a football fan known for dressing like a fetish
priest during football matches and a die-hard fan of the senior national team,
the Black Stars, has been honoured in Brasil as the third best sports fan, during
the 2014 World Cup in Brasil.

Mr Kailani Ibrahim,
was presented with a certificate, plaque and souvenirs by the organizers of the
competition, Globo Television, one of the biggest television stations in
Brasil.

The 32-year-old
rasta-haired, who is a Tiler by profession, was voted as the third best fan
during the World Cup during a special text message promotion
“Fantastico” run by TV Globo.

Mr. Kailani Kpa,
whose trade mark, is an ancient “fugu” designed for war leaders, with huge beads
on his neck, a hat and a powdered face during football matches.

In addition to his
prize Mr. Kailani Kpa, will also be granted the opportunity to travel to Brasil
at the assistance of the television station.

He will also be
entitled to engage in income earning activities such as television adverts.

Mr.Kailani Kpa, who
left Ghana two weeks ago for the awards ceremony, was fully sponsored by Globo
TV.
