Ghana’s contingent to the 2016 Paralympic Games has arrived in Rio, Brazil.
The first batch of a five-member contingent departed Ghana on September 3 with the second batch of another five expected to take off by the close of the week.
Team Ghana will be represented by three athletes – Power lifter Charles Narh Teye, cyclist Alem Mumuni and high jumper Yussif Amadu.
The entire contingent will include officials, coaches, federation secretary, administrators and media attaché.
The Paralympics opens on September 7 and will be rounded off on September 18.
