The Osu Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank (adb) has presented a laptop and projector to the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) Training School to effectively educate the general public on fire prevention.

Making the presentation, Acting Osu Branch Manager, Emmanuel Kow Kumi, said the bank has enjoyed a good working relationship with the Ghana National Fire Service School, hence the need to respond to their request for laptop and projector.

“We know the significant role the Fire Service plays in our society and with the recent fire outbreaks in the country, it’s our hope that this equipment will assist the Service in educating the general public on fire prevention,” he said.

Lily Iris Gbeve, Zonal Head, encouraged the facilitators of the school to give off their best.

She also assured them that the bank would continue to do business with the Service and improve its services and tailored-made products.

Commandant of the Ghana National Fire Service Training School, Bernard Korsah, thanked the bank for providing the laptop and projector.

On behalf of his colleagues, Mr Korsah expressed their uttermost appreciation to the bank for the kind gesture and expressed optimism that the equipment will assist them in equipping trainees with the requisite skills to discharge their duties effectively.
