Asante Kotoko forward Dauda Mohammed has revealed that the Ghana Premier League is one of the most competitive leagues on the continent.
Dauda’s comments come after the recent debate between the Minister and the Football Association regarding the attractive nature of the Ghana Premier League.
“Our local scene has transformed from the days when Kotoko and Hearts had monopoly over the best players in the country to a more universal tenure where players are evenly shared” said the young attacker,” he spoke to Asantekotokosc.
“That is how our league has become. The smaller clubs have become very competitive. It’s good for Ghana football.
“The good thing is that Kotoko have prevailed. We know our stature and know that we still have to rise above the challenge”.
