is to give people the chance to live fuller and worthwhile lives using
technology. It is part of the larger digital banking offering, which is to
enable people live better,” Mawuko Afadzinu, Head of Marketing and
Communications at Stanbic Ghana said.
The App Challenge,
a national mobile app development competition, forms part of the Bank’s
Corporate Social Responsibility.

their money and achieve their financial goals, mainly in the areas of personal
finance management, expenditure tracking and income tracking.
Each submission was
evaluated and the finalists were determined based on conformity with financial
literacy, creativity and originality of solution, viability of the concept, and
thoroughness of the submitted materials in compliance with contest
