The Dunkwahene and his elders have given two weeks ultimatum to two National Democratic Congress (NDC) constituency executives in the Upper Denkyira East to settle their fine imposed on them or face the wrath of the gods.
The two, Isaac Apaetia (secretary) and Tommy Dzokoto (Communication officer) were fined based on alleged cynical and disrespectful comments they made against the kingmakers.
The kingmakers are demanding 12 sheep, 12 bottles of Schnapps and an amount of GHC1, 200 from them.
The Dunkwahene, Nana Obeng Nuako says they are given them 2weeks ultimatum pay the fine or face the wrath of the kingmakers.
“We have given them two weeks ultimatum to pay the fine else they will regret insulting the chiefs” he said.
But the constituency chairman of the party Nicholas Quaicoo says the party dissociates itself from the behavior of the two executives.
He said the two should face the consequences of their own action and should not in any way link it to the party.
