Ghana and Juventus star Kwadwo Asamoah says he is geared up for any role in the team ahead of the kickoff of the Serie A season.
The Ghanaian who was rocked by a series of injuries last season had a successful preseason with the Bianconerris for the first time in two years.
The Ghanaian has demonstrated readiness for the new season by declaring that he is ripe for any position handed him by new coach Massimiliano Allegri.
“Now, I’m ready to play, both as an inside midfielder and out wide – it all depends on the boss. The mood’s good in the camp, our pre-season preparations have gone well and we’re ready to begin Serie A,” Kwadwo Asamoah told the club’s website.
Kwadwo Asamoah has been playing for the Serie A champions as a midfielder and sometimes on the flanks as a winger.
He has occasionally played as a left back before the arrival of French defender Patrice Evra but insists he is ready to play any role handed him by the manager.
