Lebanon-based Michael Helegbe delighted with his impact with SC Tripoli

Former Asante Kotoko midfielder Michael Helegbe says he is delighted with his influence since arriving in Lebanon.

The 30-year-old has been one of the outstanding players in the Lebanese since arriving from Medeama a season ago.

Helegbe won the Ahdaaf goal of the season with his wonder strike in the Lebanese cup final.

He says he is delighted he is making fans of his club happy.

‘I have been really happy with the influence I have had since I arrived here,’ Helegbe told GHANAsoccernet.com

‘I know very well that as a footballer I have to continue improving and that is what I am looking forward to in 2016.’
