A total of 38 goals were scored in Week 2 of the 2015 beach soccer championship played at the Laboma Beach Soccer Arena in Accra.

High flyers, Wuo Gbee continued their early season form with another impressive 6-0 win over Teshie United. The La based team maintained their league position after racking up 13 goals from their opening two games.

Defending champions, Havedzi Mighty Warriors picked up the three maximum points to keep pressure on leaders Wuo Gbee after beating new boys Winneba Giants by 3 goals to nil.

Two-time champions, Keta Sunset Sports led by Black Sharks captain Michael Sema shook off a resilient Dansoman side by coming from a goal down to win by 5 goals to two.

This season’s surprise package Golden Eagles also secured their second successive victory by beating old boys Gulf Powers 4-1.

Two other clubs, Tegbi Youth and Nungua Bsc picked up their first victories in Week 2 winning

3-0 and 4-1 against Layoca and Nima Bsc respectively.

Two wins from two games means that Ada Assurance continued their impressive run so far with a massive 6-1 win over lowly Tema United.

Sea Lions are yet to taste defeat under new management after their 2-0 win over African Angels.

Meanwhile, Black Sharks Coach Daniel Kotey has invited 15 players for non-residential camping ahead of a proposed Beach Soccer World Wide tournament to be staged in El Jadida, Morocco.
