VIDEO: Juliet Ibrahim Accuses Ghana Movie Awards Organizers

Ghanaian actress, Film Producer and Singer Juliet Ibrahim has bared her teeth to organisers of the annual Ghana Movie Awards.

The “4Play” Actress accused Ghallywood Production Limited, organizers of the annual Ghana Movie Awards of being biased. According to Juliet whose yet-be-released movie “Shattered Romance” has six nominations in this year’s upcoming awards, Ghana Movie Awards is a “Two men” award. Adding the organisers know who the winners are even before the awards night.

“When it comes to Ghana Movie awards you can’t predict it. I always say the awards are two people awards. You always know who will wins what so when you should be happy when you are nominated because at least they have recognized you”.

Explaining why she thinks she couldn’t make it to the “Best Actress in Leading Role” category Juliet the organizers are afraid of her that is why they didn’t include her in that that particular category.

“They fear me. They did not put me in Best Actress category because they know I will sweep that award so let somebody enjoy it”.

Juliet’s self-produced movie “Shattered Romance” is set to be premiered on Friday 5 December 2014 at the Silverbirds Cinema in Accra.
