Miss Ghana 2010 Goes Into Broadcasting

Stephanie Karikari, Miss Ghana 2010, has announced she is currently into broadcasting and is involved in an upcoming talk show.

Stephanie, who has often been described as ‘a beauty queen with brains,’ is hopeful that her show will bring diversity onto Ghanaian TV screens.

She was crowned winner of the Miss Ghana pageant in 2010, and the “Beauty With A Purpose’ at the highly recognised Miss World 2011 pageant which was held in London.

Stephanie is currently on set working on her talk show. Ahead of the show, she released some photos of hers this week to whip up enthusiasm and raise attention about her where about.

After winning the pageant in 2010, she was faced with a lot of criticisms. Some people argued that she did not fit international beauty queen standards.

But she didn’t allow that to frustrate her efforts. She indeed went ahead to prove herself as a true Ghanaian beauty queen, when she represented Ghana at the Miss World pageant.

She is also working on her charity foundation, Lumos International Foundation for Empowerment (L.I.F.E.), which would be recognising and highlighting the achievements of women of repute.
