Charles Taylor Would Welcome Bids From Kotoko or Heart

Berekum Chelsea midfielder Charles Asampong Taylor has reiterated his desire to return to active football by stating that he welcome bids from all clubs including his two former employers Asante Kotoko or Hearts Of Oak for the up coming season.

Taylor whose career has been troubled with many injuries claims that he has not been paid for eighteen months by his current employers Berekum Chelsea and that he was handed a house which had no social amenities such as electricity and water.

The 33-year-old who has had an unpleasant relationship with the former Ghana Premier League champions , after undergoing a successful surgery has indicated that he will not rule out any possible return to the former African Champions.

“The two most glamorous clubs in Ghana are Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak, if any offer comes from any of the two,I will not hesitate to welcome it. My doors are open to any club,” He told Cape Coast-based ATL Radio.

It will be recall that in 2003, Taylor was involved in one of the most controversial transfers in world football from Hearts Of Oak to Asante Kotoko before leaving for Etoile du Sahel in Tunisia. He later joined Hearts of Oak on loan after an unsuccessful stint with the North African side.

Taylor is currently preparing his documents to seek for floating status.
