Accra, July 16, GNA – Mr Seth Terkper, Minister of Finance will on Wednesday, July 16, present a mid-year review of the 2014 budget statement and economic policy to Parliament.
A statement issued in Accra and copied to the Ghana News Agency said, the review is to update Members of Parliament and the public on the performance of the economy in 2013 and the first five months of 2014.
The statement said some of the macro-economic targets for 2014 would be revised, as well as some budget estimates based on performance in the first half of the year.
The Minister would also in the review, request for the approval of 2014 Supplementary Estimates, the statement added.
