Sellas Tetteh Wants Black Satellites To Be In Shape

Ghana coach Sellas Tetteh says he wants his players in the U-20 team to be battle ready for their last African qualifying fixture.

The Black Satellites squad will report to their camp base, the Jerfkings Palace Hotel in Adenta by 12:00pm on Tuesday as training begins later in the day.

Sellas has named a twenty-eight man list to begin preparations for the final qualifier for the 2015 Africa Youth Championship against Gabon.

“We have to focus on our preparations and be ready for for next opponents, Gabon,” Sellas said.

The two-leg third round qualifier will be played in August with the winner advancing to the finals to be staged by Senegal.

The first leg will be played on the weekend of 15-17 August with the return scheduled for 29-30 August.

Seven winners will join hosts, Senegal for the Championship slated for 8-22 March 2015.
