In a bid to take the cleanliness culture to the youngsters of Lagos state, the Lagos State Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) has unveiled her brand ambassador, Master Oziomachukwu Favour Mojekwu at the “Keep Lagos Clean” Cleanliness Revolution Campaign yesterday.

Oziomachukwu who is also called OzzyBosco Wonderkid was unveiled as the face of LAWMA at a star-studded event in order to sensitize, motivate and educate many kids/teens on the need to keep their environment clean and not just that, but to do it for some rewards attached to it. According to The LAWMA Managing Director, Mr Ola Oresanya, Oziomachukwu is an exemplary child that is ready to bring the awareness of the need to have a clean environment to other children and the populace at large.
The event which ended with the team embarking on a proper cleanliness exercise with OzzyBosco leading while other children and adults followed, on the streets of Isale Eko through Iga Idugaran. The Lagos State Waste Management Authority is set to use this avenue and the existing Thursday market sanitation system to make sure all the 57 Local Government Areas (LGAs) and Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) in Lagos State are transformed.It could be recalled that just recently, the Lagos State Government employed 70 women as truck drivers, as part of efforts to empower women in the state.
