Rabiu Mohammed Reveals World Cup Pain

Ghana midfielder Rabiu Mohammed says it is time to move on after the country’s disappointing World Cup campaign.

The Kuban midfielder started all three Black Stars matches in his debut World Cup and says it is time to start focusing on the AFCON in 2015.

“Not how we wanted to end our World Cup adventure. Thanks for the amazing support you gave us. Time to focus on qualifying for AFCON 2015. We will be back .”

Rabiu will be one of the new breed of core players head coach Kwesi Appiah will be relying on as he seeks to rebuild after an embarrassing World Cup littered with crisis.
