Abodakpi Battle-Ready For Kwabena Adjei’s Seat

Former Ghana High Commissioner to Malaysia and Member of Parliament for Keta, Hon. Daniel Abodakpi has declared his readiness and intention to contest for the National Chairmanship position for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) setting him to battle with incumbent Dr. Kwabena Adjei.

At a news Conference in Accra, he says the declaration to vie for the position is a call to lead the party alive since he has all attributes needed in a leader to rejuvenate the NDC.

He said the visions behind this call is to redeem the image of the NDC as the most preferred party in the country, through a rekindling of the spirit of commitment and loyalty and inclusiveness for a united party to support government to meet the aspirations of the masses.

‘I have observed from far that the NDC has many credible people, but I believe if voted into office as one of the finest diplomats and astute politicians, I stand out as the highly credible to effectively chair the party and as a very decisive and down to earth person, am sure my vast experience would be in handy to steer the affairs of the NDC as the National Chairman.”, he said.
