The Ghanaian playmaker believes the Black Stars could have easily won the game against the Stars and Stripes, but for defensive error.
Ghanaian star Kevin-Prince Boateng is unhappy with the cheap goals the Black Stars conceded against USA on Monday.
Reviewing the match, the Schalke midfielder pointed out what he believed to be Ghana’s error and how they will plan ahead of their upcoming match against Joachim Löw’s men.
“We scored and got back in the game and then they scored on the corner. These things can’t happen. You can’t give them the space, we gave them the space and they made it,” Boateng told Soccerly.
He stressed: “We have to stop conceding goals. This was only America and now we play against one of the best teams in the world so it’s going to be harder to not concede and that will be our target.
“We have to keep the zero in the back because in the front we can always score.”
