A sales executive ushering a client into the newly-launched Mercedes-Benz CLA
Silver Star Auto Limited, authorized dealers for Mercedes-Benz saloon cars and commercial vehicles in Ghana, held a ceremony at its Silver Star Tower showroom recently in Accra to introduce the all new 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA onto the Ghanaian market.
Launching the vehicle, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Silver Star Auto, Nouhad Kalmoni, indicated that though the CLA belongs to the mid-range segment, the premium coupe does not compromise on luxury.
He indicated that the CLA is currently the most aerodynamically efficient series production vehicle in the world and its powerful design emphasizes the sporty side of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
Mr. Kalmoni urged all car enthusiasts, who want to bring out the youth in them, to patronise this avant-garde four door coupe, whose design details represent a further development of the Mercedes-Benz classic, the CLS.
Present at the ceremony were customers and top management members of the company, including F. J. Amegayibor, General Manager, Sales; Mustafa Kalmoni, Assistant to the CEO for commercial vehicles; Hazem Chalabi, General Manager, After-Sales Service and F. Larbi-Odame, Sales Manager, Passenger Cars.
Speaking to journalists, Mr. Amegayibor disclosed that two diesel and four petrol engines feature in the CLA’s engine line up and both engine types deliver high performance with low fuel consumption.
He mentioned that all the driver assistance and safety systems already deployed in the top-end Mercedes-Benz E and S-Class are available in the CLA.
