EB-ACCION Get Up Close And Personal With Customers


May 22, 2014: As part of its quest to reach and reward existing loyal and potential customers through the ‘Loyalty Promotion’ campaign, EB-ACCION Savings and Loans Company limited has launched a series of market storms in some selected regions in the country.

The Market storm which began earlier this month has travelled through several localities in the Greater Accra Region, Ashanti Region, and the Brong Ahafo Region.

Mr. Samson Addo, Deposit Manager, in an interview noted that ‘We are embarking on this Market Storm to reach and interact with our various customers dispersed among the various regions we operate. Getting close and personal with our customers and keeping them informed on our activities is key to fulfilling our promise of delivering excellent and superior services to them. Through the market storm, we have been able to assist some of our customers and given them the needed professional advice on their business and personal finances. This initiative also forms part of our loyalty promotion which seeks to reward and attract new customers’.

Officials of EB-ACCION have visited and interacted with market women and small business owners in Tudu, Kanashie, Agbobloshie, Kenyasi, Goaso, Nsawam, Kumasi and many other localities. The next market storm will take place in the Central Region.

EB-ACCION Savings and Loans Company Ltd started operations in 2008. It was born out of a partnership between Ecobank Ghana and ACCION International, as well Ecobank Transnational Incorporated and International Finance Corporation (IFC).
