Bayelsa United coach Richard Bubagha has heaped praise on Ghanaian Eric Frimpong for his meaningful contributions this term.
Frimpong has been a household name in the Nigerian top-flight after topping the assists chart-with eight- and scored two goals so far.
The Club Sportif Hammalif is the reason why Bayelsa are currently third on the log after 12 matches.
‘Eric has been more effective this season,’ Bubagha told the Supersport website.
‘I’m pleased with his work-rate. Eric’s contributions have been so great to the team.’
The 24-year-old is the youngster brother of former Enyimba and Ghana striker Joetex Frimpong.
