Ghana youth midfielder Kamal Issah set to sign for French Ligue 2 side Le Havre


Ghana youth international Kamal Issah is set to sign for French Ligue 2 side Le Havre, Africanfootball.com can confirm.

The 22-year-old has been struggling for regular playing time since moving to Danish side Nordsjaelland.

Issah has been on trial for the past three days and has impressed the technical team.

“I have already dreamt of returning to France because I love the country and football,” Issah told Africanfootball.com.

“I have been itching to play every week and if things happen I will be doing it here at Le Havre.”

Issah moved to France from Ghanaian side Liberty Professionals in 2010 and signed a three-year professional contract in September by Stade Rennais.

The talented midfielder got promoted to the first team but was not handed a Ligue 1 debut by then coach Frédéric Antonetti.
